Financial Policy

This is our financial policy as of June 1, 2020. Please read before booking a service to get a full understanding of how Dat One Studio operates and deals with finances. By booking a service you agree to the terms and agreements set forth by Dat One Studio. When booking a service, a 50% NRD (non-refundable deposit) is due at the time of booking. This is for consultations, meetings, scouting session sites and research, to hold dates, service slots, and/or client backouts and no shows. After everything is set up for the booking, payment in full is due before work will begin. Depending on the session it will be determined if there is a grace period for payment plans if needed. For wedding and quinceanera payment in full is due 2 weeks before the booked date. If your payment is not paid a week before the session you forfeit all payment up to that date. If a date needs to be moved it is only to another open slot and is on a case by case basis. Please respect other clients and my time. If a refund is deemed necessary only 50% will be issued back due to time slot block offs, and everything that went into preparation. A full refund is ONLY for extreme cases and will be discussed on a case by case basis.
